The Chef

As a passionate and accomplished chef, Christophe wanted to honor his hometown, Lyon, by creating the first authentic Lyonnais bouchon, run by a Lyonnais, in Japan. Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais came to life in the authentic and historic Kagurazaka district in September 2007.

レストラン「ルグドゥナム・ブション・リヨネ」では、伝統的な木とブリキで作られたバーカウンターが、リヨンのブションの典型的なスタイルを体現しています。ワイングラスが掛けられ、バーカウンターの左側にはワインセラーが見えます。茶色のトーンと写真に捉えられた雰囲気は、まさにフランスにあるリヨンのブションのエッセンスを彷彿とさせます。

The main dining room of the restaurant Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais features set tables, a 1900s-style spiral staircase, and various Art Deco decorations that evoke the city of Lyon. In the background, you can also see the glass doors and the street.

レストラン「ルグドゥナム・ブション・リヨン」のメインダイニングルームには、セットされたテーブル、1900 年代風の螺旋階段、リヨンの街を彷彿とさせるさまざまなアールデコ調の装飾が施されています。

The Restaurant

The restaurant has been carefully designed and arranged to recreate the friendly and warm atmosphere of traditional restaurants in Lyon known as ‘Bouchons’.
